Do you take international orders?
Absolutely! We ship to every country. In case there's anything you don't understand or can't read, send us an email to rosapomar at mac dot com.

Sorry about that! Please send us an email to rosapomar at mac dot com and we'll add your country right away.
Which shipping options do you offer?
The two available international shipping options are Registered mail (with tracking information) and Economy mail.
Please note that Economy mail is slow and not insured. Orders sent by Economy mail may take up to one month to arrive. Retrosaria is not responsible for the eventual loss of packages sent by Economy mail.
What about the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on your order's weight:
Registered mail: European countries:
Order weight is less than 249gr = €5.25
Order weight between 250gr and 499gr = €6.75
Order weight between 500gr and 999gr = €9.75
Order weight between 1000gr and 2000gr = €14.25

Order weight is less than 249gr = €6.25
Order weight between 250gr and 499gr = €9.50
Order weight between 500gr and 999gr = €16.50
Order weight between 1000gr and 2000gr = €24

Order weight is less than 249gr = €2.60
Order weight between 250gr and 499gr = €4.25
Order weight between 500gr and 999gr = €7

Why do I get an error message if my order's weight is above 2Kg?
Experience tells us it is cheaper to mail two or more parcels below 2Kg than one single but heavier parcel, so please split your order in two or send us an email at retrosaria at me dot com and we will process your order manually. In case you are charged for more than the actual shipping costs we will refund you through Paypal.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Where is my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will notify you by email (and send you a tracking number if you chose Registered mail as your shipping method. You can track your order at anytime at the CTT (portuguese postal services) website and at your local postal services website as soon as your order reaches your country.)

I'm coming to Lisbon. Where is your shop?
The address is Rua do Loreto, 61 - 2nd floor right (nearest subway station: Baixa Chiado. The streetcar 28 stops right across the street). Look for these mailboxes and go up the stairs until you find us. The opening hours are 10am to 7pm tuesday to saturday. Our phone number is +351 213 473 090.
