Refund policy
if you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately and an exchange or refund will be arranged. In the EU you can return any item(s) ordered online within the legal 14 day cooling off period (shipping and customs expenses will be supported by the customer). Please refer to our English FAQ page for more information.
Boots and shoes only: if order the wrong size we will exchange your boots or shoes for another size. Please note the following: return must be made within 48 hours of reception using registered mail and the shoes or boots must be returned in the exact condition in which they were received. Shipping and customs expenses will be supported by the customer. If you are located outside the EU please contact us before returning your boots/shoes.
