Laine issue 25, on the theme Stillness, takes you to an old lakeside summer cabin - nestled in the woods, surrounded by birch and pine trees, fresh water and blue skies. The photos capture the quiet beauty and serenity of Finnish summers.
This issue features 12 patterns for light and relaxed summer garments and accessories, perfect for the warmer months, in a variety of interesting techniques and textures. It includes one pattern for a sweater in our yarn Mondim (featured on the cover) designed by Imke Von Nathusius.
It also includes an interview with British knitter and yarn entrepreneur Milli Abrams, who is set to row 3,000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean to raise money for charity, and an article about Stéphanie Schiffgens, a Oregon-based shepherdess of Gotland sheep.
