Couldn't load pickup availability
Erica is Louët's new compact 2-shaft table loom is an attractive alternative to a rigid heddle loom: it is easier to operate, the warp tension is more even, it has a large shed of 4.5 cm (1 ¾”) and you have flexibility in the number of threads per cm. The warped loom folds flat, so you can easily take it to class or on holidays. A swinging beater is attached by a U-shaped steel bracket to the frame, ensuring a parallel motion. Erica is made of unlacquered beech and laminated birch. It comes with built-in raddle, stainless steel reed (40/10), 200 Texsolv heddles (150 mm), stainless steel lease- and tie-up bars and warp strips.
The Erica is available in two different weaving widths, with the option to extend from 2 to up to 4 shafts:
- 30 cm width, 2 shafts;
- 50 cm width, 2 shafts;
- 30 cm width, 4 shafts;
- 50 cm width, 4 shafts.
The shaft extension used to extend the loom from 2 to 3 or 4 shafts is also available to purchase separately in this link: https://retrosaria.rosapomar.com/products/louet-erica-shaft-extension
