Heiloo Socks kit

A kit for the Heiloo Socks by Mieka John, including the pattern in English. The Heiloo socks were designed for our Mondim yarn, and can be knitted in two length options (ankle or mid-calf).

Sock circumference: 6, 7 (8, 9) in / 15, 18 (20.5, 23) cm

This kit includes:

• total of 2 skeins of Rosa Pomar Mondim (100% fine Portuguese wool, 100g, 385 m): 1 skein in MC and 1 skein in CC, in the chosen colors.
• Digital copy of the pattern in English (sent by email via Ravelry).
• One Mondim project bag.

Colors

• A: Mondim C574 and Mondim 100 *
• B: Mondim C580 and Mondim 100
• C: Mondim B581 and Mondim 100
• Choose colors

Option "Choose color": please use the special instructions field in the shopping cart to indicate your choice of colors of Mondim. 

*Note: The original sample in the photos was knitted in Mondim 306 and Mondim 100. As Mondim 306 is a discontinued shade, Retrosaria suggests Mondim C574 as a substitute.

Suggested needles (not included):
Needle A (for Cuff, Heel and Toe): US 0 / 2 mm – or 1-2 US sizes / 0.5 mm smaller than Needle B.
Needle B (for colorwork): US 1.5 / 2.5 mm, or size to get colorwork gauge.

Gauge: 34 sts x 38 rnds = 4” / 10 cm in colorwork pattern with Needle B
