Suo sweater kit

A kit for the Suo sweater, a colorwork design by Ronja Hakalehto for our yarn Mungo and published in her book Lakeside Stitches. The pattern is NOT included in this kit, and is available exclusively in the book Lakeside Stitches, available to buy in our shop.

This kit includes:

• 4 (4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 6, 7) skeins of Rosa Pomar Mungo (50% recycled cotton and 50% recycled wool, 220m, 100g) for MC, in the chosen shade;
• 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2) skeins of Rosa Pomar Mungo (50% recycled cotton and 50% recycled wool, 220m, 100g) for CC, in the chosen shade;
• One Mungo tote bag.

Colors:

• O: Mungo 4 (MC) and Mungo 1 (CC)
• Choose colors

Option "Choose colors": please use the special instructions field in the shopping cart to indicate your choice of Mungo shades in MC and CC.

Suggested needles (not included): 3.5 mm / US 4 circular needle, 40 cm / 16” for neckline ribbing AND 60 cm / 24” for hem ribbing
4.5 mm / US 7 circular needle, 40 cm / 16” for upper yoke AND 60 cm / 24” for yoke and body
3.5 mm / US 4 circular needle suitable for the Magic Loop technique or DPNs for cuffs
4.5 mm / US 7 circular needle suitable for the Magic Loop technique or DPNs for sleeves
Or a needle size that gives you the correct gauge.

Gauge: 17 sts x 28 rnds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” over Stockinette St with larger needles
18 sts x 25 rnds = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4” over colorwork with larger needles
